Built for you

Three profiles, one platform.

Global FuelCore serves the independent station, scales with the multi-station group and gives the distributor a view of the whole network.

01 / INDEPENDENT STATION

One station, full control

Island POS, dispenser and tank control, shifts, cash counts and electronic invoicing without depending on the internet. Everything that lives in notebooks and spreadsheets today, in one system.

02 / GROWING GROUPS

From 2 to hundreds of stations

Real-time consolidated HeadOffice, centralized pricing, station-to-station comparisons and a single accounting close. Growing doesn’t require migrating: every new station is one more tenant.

03 / DISTRIBUTORS AND FLEETS

The whole network, plus credit

Fleet agreements, per-vehicle conditional dispensing, and the Credit layer that turns fill-up history into a credit line collected against the next fill-up.

About us

We were born where the litre gets lost: in operations.

Global FuelCore is Globaltgy LLC’s platform for the fuel distribution chain. It comes from one concrete idea: the litre that leaves the nozzle, the litre missing from the tank and the litre that was invoiced have to be the same litre — and today they almost never are.

We are an engineering team with history in the sector: years integrating dispensers, probes and fiscal invoicing across Latin America. That experience is written into a technical specification of 32 modules with binary acceptance criteria: it passes or it does not.

  1. Today

    Specification v1.0 and development

32 modules specified with API contracts, dependencies and acceptance criteria.

  2. Months 1–15

Pilot on our own network · Mexico

The system runs real stations on our own network: every module is validated against its criterion before opening to third parties.

  3. Month 16

    Commercial SaaS opening

Available to third-party stations and groups in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador and the Dominican Republic.

Mission

That every service station in Latin America runs, reconciles and finances its business with world-class technology, without depending on the internet or spreadsheets.

Vision

To be the operating system of fuel distribution in the region: the platform on which a network of any size sells, manages and grows.

Values

Measurable precision, technical honesty — what is out of scope gets said —, and security by design: isolated multi-tenancy and tamper-evident audit.

Globaltgy LLC

Pilot on our own network in Mexico for the first 15 months. Commercial opening as SaaS to third-party stations from month 16.

Advantages

What your station gains from month one.

Six capabilities legacy forecourt software doesn’t have — and they are measurable acceptance criteria, not promises.

Sell even when the internet drops

The station operates up to 72 hours offline: dispensing, payment and local invoicing. When the link returns everything syncs and conflicts resolve themselves.

72 h offline · CRDT

Inventory reconciles itself, nightly

Reconciliation cross-checks dispensers, probes and purchases with temperature compensation. Loss, theft and drifted calibration show up with a name and a time.

Margin <0.05% · API MPMS

Legal invoicing in every country

CFDI 4.0, DIAN, SRI and DGII solved with one adapter per country. Changing jurisdiction never touches the sales logic.

4 adapters in scope

The whole network on one screen

HeadOffice consolidates sales, tanks and shifts across all stations in real time. Each station is an isolated tenant with Row Level Security.

Multi-tenant day 1

Finance your customers’ fill-ups

Fill-up history becomes a score and a credit line. Collection is deducted automatically from the next fill-up, on the same island.

Score in <30 s

Use the hardware you already own

Wayne, Gilbarco, Tatsuno, Tokheim; Veeder-Root, INCON and OPW probes. Integration over Modbus, OPC-UA and MQTT — without replacing a single dispenser.

30+ protocols and devices

Solutions

Four layers that cover the whole business.

Edge at the station, Cloud to manage, Mobile for every role and Credit to finance. Each layer deploys on its own and they talk over APIs and events — not a shared database.

          Why us

          The difference can be measured.

Most software installed at stations was born on the forecourt with management bolted on later. Global FuelCore was born as a platform: here is what that changes in practice.

          Criterion
          Legacy system
          Global FuelCore
          Internet outage
The station stops invoicing until the link comes back.
72 hours of local operation. SQLite queue and CRDT conflict resolution.
          Inventory reconciliation
Manual spreadsheet, days after the shift.
Automatic nightly close with API MPMS physical compensation. Margin <0.05%.
          Multiple stations
One installation per site; consolidating means export and paste.
Multi-tenant from day one, with Row Level Security in the database.
          Changing country
Another version of the product, another implementation project.
One fiscal adapter per country behind the same interface. Sales logic does not change.
          Financing the customer
          Not within the software’s scope.
Embedded Credit layer: scoring from fill-up data and collection against the next fill-up.
          Audit
Scattered, editable logs, one per installation.
Central chained log: a later modification is detectable.

All 32 modules, one by one.

This is not a list of intentions: every module has a functional description, dependencies, an API contract and acceptance criteria in the technical specification.

          Global FuelCore Credit

Someone who fills up every week is already proving they can pay.

The Credit layer turns operations into financial history. The score does not come from a bureau: it comes from the fill-up itself — volume at 30, 60 and 90 days, frequency, variance, average ticket, day and time, seasonality — and it is recomputed with every fuel load.

Collection does not go through a transfer the customer has to remember either: a configurable percentage is deducted from the next fill-up, on the same island where the credit originated.

          • Onboarding and KYC. Biometric identity, validation against authorities and PEP/OFAC lists, bureau enquiry and electronic contract signature.
          • Proprietary scoring. A model trained on real fill-up data, with an explanation of the factors that raise and lower the score, and versioning with rollback.
          • Loan book. Origination, amortization schedule, arrears management at 30, 60 and 90 days, and an up-to-date ageing report.
          • Payments. Cards, transfers, wallets and collection against the fill-up, with daily reconciliation against processors and banks.
          • Notifications. Over 20 predefined rules that cross the vehicle with its consumption pattern to warn before the problem exists.
Notice. Global FuelCore Credit is an originator and servicer of the loan book, not a banking institution. Funding comes from financial partners. Operations are subject to each country’s regulation — CNBV in Mexico, SFC in Colombia.

          Implementation

From the technical visit to live operation, without stopping sales.

Changing country means writing an adapter, not rewriting the system.

Every country has its own format, signature and authority. Global FuelCore isolates them behind a common interface, so the sales logic does not know — and does not need to know — which jurisdiction it is operating in.

          Frequently asked questions

What we get asked before the demo.

          What is Global FuelCore?
A comprehensive platform for service stations: 32 modules across 4 layers covering dispenser and tank control, POS, shifts, electronic invoicing, multi-station administration, mobile apps and credit against the fill-up. It is a Globaltgy LLC product.
Does it work with my current dispensers?
Yes. Hardware is deliberately out of scope: we integrate with Wayne, Gilbarco, Tatsuno and Tokheim, and with Veeder-Root, INCON and OPW probes, over Modbus RTU/TCP, OPC-UA, MQTT and proprietary drivers.
What happens when the internet goes down?
The station keeps operating for up to 72 hours: dispensing, payment and invoicing are recorded locally in SQLite. When the link returns, the queue syncs to the cloud and conflicts resolve automatically with CRDT.
Is Global FuelCore Credit a bank?
No. Credit is an originator and servicer of the loan book; funding comes from financial partners and operations are subject to each country’s regulation — CNBV in Mexico, SFC in Colombia. The score is computed from real fill-up history.
          When can I sign up?
The programme runs as a pilot on our own network in Mexico for the first 15 months. Commercial SaaS opening to third-party stations starts from month 16. You can request a demo today.

See the system running on a real station.

A demo takes less than an hour: HeadOffice, the island POS and the reconciliation close, on real data — not slides.
